Steps to Reserve Kauai Dawn Cottage
1.  Select dates and email KauaiDawn@hawaii.rr.com with requested dates.   Please feel welcome to call, or request a call ~ 808-823-8878
2.  I will send you a detailed quote for your stay.
3.  Inform me that you have selected Kauai Dawn Vacation Rental
4.  I will send you a contract - Sign & Return Contract and pay with the PayPal buttons above,
5.  I will send an email verification that I have received your payment.

Prime summer weeks typically fill 3 months in advance.  
RATE CHANGES - Rates are subject to change until confirmation.  
CANCELLATION POLICY - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, or are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation during your stay, or early departure, within the 30 days does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.  Listed price does not include 11.42% Hawaii lodging tax. Listed price does not include $45 Cleaning Fee.  
I accept PayPal: Includes your ability to use -  VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover.  Also, US based personal checks (cleared before arrival) for this Hawaii vacation rental. Be sure and let me know if you have any problems or would like a call from me.
