Shaded by palms, tropical plants and fruit trees, Kaua‘iDawn Studio Cottage, with its own Private Entrance and Parking, is designed in an open concept. Enjoy the lush surroundings by lounging on your Private Deck or taking a relaxing soak in the JACUZZI. The nearest Beach, less than 1/4 mile below, is good for Swimming, Snorkeling, and Surfing. The open living area is split into three areas for dining, sleeping, and a comfortable seating area for watching Television, reading, or browsing the Internet with a direct Ethernet connection. The partial kitchen is equipped with a small Fridge, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Microwave, Toaster Oven, dishes, baking dishes and kitchen utensils. Any open flame cooking can be done outside on the Outdoor Gas Grill directly out the door where there is also a Washer & Dryer for your personal use. The full bathroom has a stand up Shower. The complete unit is tiled in slate to keep the heat at bay in this Non-Air conditioned cottage. The fan above the bed and the Ocean Breeze keep this cottage perfectly comfortable all year round. There is cable TV with a CD/DVD Player and no phone. The room has a Queen Size Bed and plenty of closet and shelf space. The Cottage is provided with Beach Chairs, Coolers, Boogie Boards, and an optional rental of a Double Sea-Kayak/Surfboard for $20 a day. Relax on your private deck or explore the natural beauty around Kaua‘i. The nearest beach, less than 1/4 mile below, is good for swimming and surfing. The hill down is a bit steep but the walk (I still recommend a rental car as other beaches are driving distance) is worth it to visit the shops, restaurants, and gift shops in a great tourist area that is fully utilized by the cruise ships that enter at Nawilliwilli Harbor. Nestled Within the Trees Near Kalapaki Bay Kaua‘i Dawn Studio Cottage is a perfect spot for those of you who desire to be a little more independent and Private on your holidays. Situated on the cliffs above Kalapaki Bay in Nawilliwilli Harbor this studio cottage has a limited view of the bay as it is nestled within the trees along the cliffs edge.

	Private Jacuzzi The location is the BEST! In a central location, the cottage is less than 2 miles to the airport in Lihue and you can travel to each end of the island in less than two hours. Try renting my Kayak ($25), easily accessible at Wailua River to explore Secret Falls or drive less than 25 minutes to the number one rated Beach in America, Poipu Beach. Surfboard Rental ($25)
